Rude. Outdated and awful. All about the cash, not about the care. You would be better off sending your love one somewhere else. I was embarrassed for my family and friends. These people need a dose of humility. Its like we did THEM a favor by having a family member pass. Go somewhere else.
I wish I could give them no stars. When calling to ask about my father's body I was told the director wasn't in the office, the receptionist took my digits and promised to call me back. They never did. When I called back later in the day I was answered by a very rude man alternating between calling me "young lady" and "ma'am" and claiming he couldn't hear me because he was "on a cell phone." They told me another relative had already paid for my father's cremation and hung up. Don't send your corpses to these money hungry ghouls. They're unprofessional, incompetent, callous and uncaring.
Mr Hoven and Cameron were there for us at every level during the death of our father . Caring , compassionate people are hard to find these days . They are the best .....thank you Hoven funeral services !
